1. A number of Eco-Left thinkers and activits are starting to organize in the Saskatoon - Parklands area. The Saskatoon Parklands Eco-left Collective has a list serve mailing group and has started a web site for a web presence.
2. This

Hansard site where the official documents of the legislature
can be found as well as the verbatim debates of the legislative session.
It is a good way of tracking the legislative debate on particular
issues. If you look up a bill or amendments, it will identify the
progress of that legislation and the days on which is was debated.
Using this information you can look up the actual debates using the
Hansard documents. You need time to follow this, but it less time
consuming that driving to Regina and sitting in the Assembly.
3. The "Queen's
Printer" on line makes available official documents,
laws and regulations. You can order paper copies or download
as PDF files for free.
4. The link to the main Government
of Saskatchewan site. It has links to government
departments, crown corporations, etc. You can even get the mailing
and email address for members of the Legislature, and in Department
Directories, the email addresses of government employees. Trust
me, it is a lot quicker than phoning to get similar information,
and it is a lot cheaper too!
